About Akapulu

Akapulu is a platform for building conversational video and voice experiences with AI avatars. You can launch an AI assistant that joins a live call with your users, responds naturally, and follows your defined behavior.

How it works

During the call, the bot follows your configured behavior, including:
  • global role prompts for overall persona and tone
  • stage-specific instructions for each part of the conversation
  • tool access for actions like transitions, endpoints, knowledge, or vision
